Happy February! This month always flys by but I honestly kind of love it. I love all the cute (slightly cheesy) Valentine’s Day cards and all of the pink and red. It helps me push through the true dead of winter, LOL. But let’s get into what trends I have been loving this month, because its not just about Valentine’s Day.
Cheetah is back, you guys. I started seeing a resurgence of this a few months ago but I would say we are in full swing now and I am here for it (in a tasteful way, of course). I am also loving denim shirts, classic sling backs, gold hair accessories, vintage sunnies and watches, black clutches and chic date night tops. Oh and fur coats, which I think I have had on my monthly palette for the past 4 months… some may say I predicted Mob Wife. Let’s dive in.
Cheetah is Back
In a tasteful way. But I also would wear a full on Cheetah fur coat… so I don’t even know what I am saying. Go big or go home.
Denim Shirts
I am obsessing over denim shirts and denim on denim looks. It is giving Chessie from the parent trap in the best way.
Classic Slingbacks
The Miu Miu patent leather buckle sling backs are my DREAM. But they are $1200+ … however there are so many crazy dupes out there… this Steve Madden pair is essentially identical.
Gold Hair Accessories
I am crushing on the hair accessory brand Le Let right now. It is so vintagey but also current.
Vintage Sunnies (aka man killers) and Vintage Watches
I am always loving vintage watches of course (can someone please buy me this Cartier watch?) but I am kind of digging these cool oversized vintage sunglasses on Etsy. I also love these from Isabel Marant, not vintage, but give the same effect.
Black Toteme T Lock Clutch
My sister (hi Emmy) just made a her first big girl purchase and bought the Toteme Black T Clutch and I am green with envy (but so proud of her!!!). This bag is kind of… the perfect day to evening bag. It has a crossbody strap but can also be used as a clutch.
Chic Date Night Tops
Date night tops are IN for February. And are key for Valentine’s Day dates.
