WTWTW: What to Wear this Weekend
I have a slight addiction to fair isle sweaters and have accumulated quite the collection. I blame this on my mother, who also has amassed quite the collection. They feel so nostalgic to me, and I kind of love the seasonality of them. The fact that I can only wear them for a few months out of the year makes pulling them out each fall feel that much more special.
Fall has always been the most nostalgic season to me, so I suppose it makes sense that my love for fair isle sweaters and this time of year go hand in hand. There is something so comforting about pulling out a piece year after year that feels familiar. Something that reminds me of my mom wearing her fair isle sweaters in the early 2000s (and still today!).
