Athleisure for spring

Punxsutawney Phil said spring is coming early… and it better. We are all banking on it. Especially with Easter being early this year, we need those warmer temps and sunshine! March styling can be so tricky IMO, because you want to dress for warmth but it typically is rainy and cold all month! Finding unique and fun spring jackets helps a lot with dressing this time of year when you are so over your heavy winter coats.

This month I am also highlighting all things butter yellow, feminine takes on the safari/utilitarian trend, tennis core, and spring footwear.

Spring Jackets

A fun spring jacket will always brighten up the day! I am obsessing over this Barbour jacket with the gingham collar. It is SO cute. You also can’t go wrong with classic quilted jacket for spring.

Butter Yellow

My favorite color right now is, by far, buttery yellow. This gorgeous Sezane cardigan is currently en route to me. I also am drooling over this Reformation linen dresss in butter yellow.

Feminine Takes on Safari/ Utilitarianism

It is not secret that safari/ utilitarian is a huge trend right now (and is all over the FW24 runway, too!) It is not my favorite trend, but I like it in a specific way. I do like patch pockets on feminine silhouettes or in feminine fabrications such as silk. I also love how Veronica Beard and J.Crew have added a feminine touch to this trend by including their signature gold buttons on many styles.

Tennis Core

I live in tennis skirts and dresses in the summer. They are so easy and practical! Pair with this Polo baseball cap and sneakers and call it a day.

Spring Sneakers

Speaking of sneakers… I am obsessed with the Loewe sneakers but obviously they are so pricy. I am loving the very similar Veronica Beard sneakers in spring tones like pastel green and blue! My mom has these and loves them.

Floral-tone Footwear

I found these floral ric rac slingbacks from Sam Edelman for $140 and safe to say I am obsessed. They are the perfect Easter heel! In general, I have been loving pastel footwear. So many designers are doing it right now. I will always, always love a pastel Manolo (duh) but I found this dupe on Amazon that has a ton of colors. I own the flat version from the same storefront and it is great quality.
