Miami Spring Break Outfit Round Up & Life Update

Gooood afternoon! I have not posted in quite some time because… well, life gets in the way. Spring of your senior year of college is so fun but its also hectic and stressful when you don’t have a job and have no clue what you’re doing next year or where your living or who you will live with!

Looking for jobs takes up the majority of my time along with school these days, which is crazy! But I am hoping things settle soon and I can enjoy the rest of the semester with my best friends 🥺. And of course get back into a routine with blogging.

A few weeks ago my friends and I went to Miami for spring break. We stayed at Nautilus by Arlo. Which was… just okay. Not fantastic. The pictures online are slightly deceiving, the elevators were broken for most of our stay, and the service was not great. But for what we paid and on a major spring break week it made sense. I, however, have absolutely no interest in heading back to South Beach anytime soon 😂.

Now onto Outfits…

Some of my outfits on this trip were definitely not typical for me. I tried to blend in with the vibe of Miamiiii. But hey I had fun doing it! To shop my look click the item on the sliding bar below the image.

Look No. 1: Dinner at Swan

Dinner and drinks at Swan was arguably the most fun night of the trip. Definitely suggest checking it out if you are going to Miami soon- a very fun, young, vibrant atmosphere. I also LOVE this dress. I got it from Revolve for the trip and it was beyond comfortable. It is a thin knit material that is soft and stretchy but you don’t get hot in it.

Look No. 2: All Black Poolside

I love an all black poolside look. It always is so chic but easy to pull together. This sarong was my go-to coverup for the entire trip. Also, both of our sunglasses are from Amazon!

Exact necklace: Alexa Leigh Chunky Rope

Look No. 3: Drinks at Astra and Dinner at Quinto la Huella

Drinks at the Astra rooftop were delicious and it was such a fun vibe to start the night out. Quinta La Huella was delicious (its Uruguayan food, which was definitely a new cuisine to me!) The espresso martini there was the best I had on the trip- look at that foam ratio!

My dress was a gift and is a little old so its not out anymore but it is Micheal Costello for Revolve. Some of the dresses I linked above give me similar vibes!

Also, these purses! I got one in brown, my friend Maggie got one in white, and my friend Mere got one in black and we rotated the whole trip. They seriously are perfect for going out in a city- they fit right under your arm and they zip and hook. I never was nervous that someone could steal something from me in bars/ clubs with it. AND they are such a good price on sale at Amazon for under $35 and come in sooo many colors. If you live in a city you definitely need this bag.

Look No. 4: Dinner and Drinks at Watr Rooftop

Watr rooftop was a really fun vibe but the service was not great. I would suggest maybe getting just drinks there and doing dinner elsewhere.

My hot pink linen blazer set is old Zara but I linked some similar ensembles above.
