Tomorrow is the finally the Fourth of July! For as long as I can remember I’ve loved this holiday! Growing up my family spent every summer in Nantucket until we sold our house a little over a year ago! Not biased at all but Nantucket is the best place in the world to celebrate the fourth… the water, the food (oysters and clams mmm), and big American spirit.
This summer I will sadly not be there but I still love this festive holiday! And to be honest, I always love a good celebration! Obviously it is too late to post any shop-able outfits but I thought creating a mood board including food, drinks, fashion, and decor for the fourth would get us all inspired!
Fourth of July Food & Drink Inspo
I am obsessed with all of these food ideas. Putting powdered donuts, blueberries, and strawberries on skewer is an easy adorable breakfast idea. Both of these red, white, and blue themed charcuterie boards are such a good idea for an hors d’oeuvre. I would’ve never thought to use a star cookie cutter on cheese, but its so cute. If you’re looking for a bigger dish to make for your celebration check out this Half Baked Harvest salad I reviewed making the other day… it would be a great option!
Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries can dress up just about anything to make it look festive for this holiday! I mean…look how adorable that cupcake is! The best part is berries are sooo fresh right now.
You can also add berries to any drink to make them look festive! Or even in ice cubes! This recipe for the adorable cocktail in the bottom right can be found here. Its pretty much a wine spritzer with fruit in it! I love how they used a star cookie cutter to cut the apple!
Fourth of July Fashion Inspo
When I was looking for some Fourth of July fashion inspo mostly everything was sooo corny and tacky. Like really obnoxious graphic tees and over-the-top nail designs. I think its honestly best to stick to things you already have in your closet to get an effortless, chic, but festive look!
Look for anything chambray or white linen! Add some red or navy accessories- and its as easy as that! If you have anything with some tasteful stars (like that adorable straw bag in the top right) mix it in there.
I’m also in love with the nude nails with white stars… tasteful but still fun!
Fourth of July Decoration Inspo
If you have old American flags use them! My family hung an old one swagged over our front door and it looks so nice.
A nice way to step up your table decor is adding some flowers. If you have a garden just go cut some that are even close to the colors red, white, and blue!
I’m a sucker festive cocktail napkins. Any with simple flags on them are perfect!

The Fourth of July is such a fun holiday to celebrate! Most of these things can be done with stuff you already have at home. I hope this last minute inspo gives you some good ideas for tomorrow!
Thanks for reading and I hope you have a fabulous holiday weekend! xx
