Happy Monday, let’s talk coffee, because we all need it today! I just cannot afford to pay $5 for my Starbucks every morning. If you know me, you know this is a horrible habit of mine. Now that I don’t have a food plan with Starbucks on it, I really really cannot be doing this anymore- broke college girl vibes, amirite?! Sure I still get it every once in a while to treat myself and on the weekends. But honestly, would you even believe me if I said I almost like my at home coffee even better now?

So what’s the secret?

It is seriously all about the milk frother. It makes ALL the difference. But I am going to walk you through step by step how I have mastered imitating the Cinnamon Almond Milk Cold Foam Cold Brew (my favorite low calorie drink at Starbucks!) It is so simple, delicious, and healthy- you’re gonna love it.

1. Pour a little Califa Farms Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk in a Cup

This almond milk is my absolute favorite I’ve ever tried. Its extra creamy, low in calories, and has no additives. I also use it in my smoothies- it makes them extra thick!

2. Add a LOT of Cinnamon

I love cinnamon. I think it adds so much flavor. More importantly, though, cinnamon is so good for you. It is loaded with anti-oxidants, is anti-inflammatory, and even aids in digestion. There are also so many other benefits that come along with cinnamon, so load it up! I like this one, but any organic cinnamon works!

3. Froth it up!!

This is KEY! The frother is a game changer. Mine is literally under $18 on Amazon. It comes in every color under the sun. Also, I have had both a handheld frother and a ‘cup’ frother and I personally find the handheld frother much more convenient.

4. Add Starbucks Blonde Roast Cold Brew (from the grocery store)

Once I froth the almond milk and cinnamon together, I add store bought Starbucks blonde roast cold brew (unsweetened). You could totally use whatever roast you want. I just like how the blonde roast is a little lighter (but still has as much caffeine!)

You can get this at pretty much any grocery store. Its a little over $5 for the whole thing, which probably makes four to five drinks whereas one drink at Starbucks is that much alone!

5. VOILA!

To finish, I add a some ice and a little more cinnamon on top! VOILA, isn’t she beautiful cup of coffee!!
